Daily check and breakdown reports
The driver checks before driving, and any issue becomes a report you follow until it's fixed.
Before you start
- Supervisor or owner access.

Open Daily check. Vehicles with issues come first, then the ones that haven't been checked.

Press Remind those who haven't checked to send them an alert.

Open a vehicle with an issue and press Open a breakdown report.

In Breakdowns, a report goes through three stages: open, then Send to workshop, then Repair done with the cost.

The cost is added to the vehicle's expenses as a repair item awaiting approval.
Tip
At the bottom of the check page you'll see how consistently each driver has checked over the last 14 days. It helps with driver performance.
