Maintenance calendar
Spread workshop dates so too many vehicles aren't off the road in the same week.
Before you start
- Supervisor or owner access.

Open Maintenance calendar. Busy weeks (3 or more vehicles) are coloured, and an alert at the top shows the nearest one.

Click Book an appointment and choose the vehicle, the date, the type and the workshop.

If the week is busy, we suggest a quieter week before you book.

After the service, open the appointment and click Service done.
Tip
On a phone, the calendar shows as a list of appointments.
