Gragak is an app for managing your vehicles. It keeps each vehicle's documents, renewal dates, maintenance and expenses in one place, and reminds you before anything is due. Individuals and families get a mobile app; businesses get a full web dashboard as well as the app.

Gragak is made by Ittihad Al-Aseelah for Information Systems Technology, a Saudi-owned business that builds apps for everyday life and work.

Yes. You can use it now from your phone's browser at app.gragak.com and add it to your home screen like any other app. The app is coming soon to the App Store and Google Play.

Yes. You can add both cars and motorcycles, and each type has its own due dates and expenses.

Upload the PDF from Tawakkalna or a clear photo of your vehicle registration (Istimara). We pull out the details for you to check once, and keep your copy in the vehicle vault. Or enter it by hand in a few short steps.

Yes, on the Plus and Pro plans. You invite them with a WhatsApp message, and each person can view and edit based on the permissions you set. A driver only sees the vehicles assigned to them.

The AI assistant answers questions about your vehicles, their due dates and expenses, and about maintenance, faults, warning lights and traffic procedures. You can attach a photo, like your dashboard, a warning light, your tyres, a leak or a dent, and it explains what it sees. It can also log an expense or a service for you by typing, by voice or from a photo of the invoice, and nothing is saved until you confirm it. It sticks to cars, and politely declines anything outside that.

Arabic, English, Urdu, Hindi and Filipino, so drivers and workers can use it in their own language.

A business gets a web dashboard with its fleet, expenses, documents, reports and analytics, plus roles for the fleet supervisor and the accountant, expense approval, import from Excel, and a VAT invoice in the business's name. Drivers use the app.

Launch is close. Register your business on the Business page, and we'll get in touch about early access and help you set up your fleet.

Gragak Business is SAR 19 per vehicle per month on a yearly subscription, and Business Pro is SAR 35. It covers 5 to 50 vehicles, with drivers included (two drivers per vehicle). For more than 50 vehicles, we'll make you a special offer. Details and the calculator are on the Pricing page.

Every garage is completely separate from the others, and only the people you invite can reach your data. You can sign in with a passkey (face or fingerprint) instead of a password. How your data is stored and processed is explained in the privacy policy.

Yes. All plan prices are in Saudi riyals and include VAT.

Yes. Every feature is completely free for every garage during the launch period, until 31 December 2026, with no credit card. After that you can carry on free with one vehicle, or choose a plan.

Yes. You can cancel at any time. The details are in the subscription policy.

No. Nothing is deleted. You choose which vehicles and people stay active, and the rest is archived and comes back if you move to a bigger plan.
