Do prices include VAT?
Yes. All plan prices are in Saudi riyals and include VAT.
Is Gragak free?
Yes. Every feature is free for every garage during the launch period, until 31 December 2026, with no credit card. After that you can carry on free with one vehicle, or pick a plan.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. You can cancel whenever you like. The details are in the subscription policy.
If I move to a smaller plan, is my data deleted?
No. Nothing is deleted. You choose which vehicles and people stay active, and the rest are archived and come back if you move up a plan.
How much is Gragak Business?
Gragak Business is SAR 19 per vehicle a month billed yearly, and Business Pro is SAR 35. It covers 5 to 50 vehicles, with drivers included (two per vehicle). Over 50 vehicles, we make a special offer. The details and the calculator are on the pricing page.
What’s the difference between Gragak Business and Business Pro?
Business organises your fleet: vehicles, documents, expenses and approvals, and reports. Pro adds tools that cut waste and help you decide: fuel statement reconciliation, traffic fines matched to drivers, photo handovers, VAT and export to accounting software, fleet health and fraud detection.
Why is the minimum 5 vehicles?
The Business plans are made for teams with a supervisor, an accountant and drivers. If you have fewer than 5 vehicles for personal or family use, the individual plans suit you better.
How many drivers does a plan include?
Two drivers per vehicle, so 10 vehicles come with 20 drivers. That covers shifts and cover during holidays. Suspended or archived drivers don’t count. If you need more, an extra driver is SAR 5 a month.
What if my fleet grows?
Add the vehicles from the dashboard, and they’re charged pro rata on your next invoice. Over 50 vehicles, we’ll make you a special offer.
I have Gragak Pro for individuals. Can I switch?
Yes. What’s left of your subscription is taken off your first Business invoice.
Is the invoice a VAT invoice in the business’s name?
Yes. You get a VAT invoice with your business’s commercial registration (CR) and VAT number, and prices include VAT.
